We are fully licensed by the Japanese government to provide domestic Land Operations and have been in business as a cycling and travel specialist in Japan for more than 10yrs. Our staff is 100% bi-lingual (Japanese / English) so we can address both native languages with ease of communication. The added specificity of cycle touring allows us to especially help those who are traveling by bike with almost any of their needs including equipment, transfers and support.
Land Operator
A Japan Land Operator is the company entrusted by a Travel Agent (foreign or domestic) to perform vetting, arrangement and booking of various tour resources such as administration, accommodations, land transport, transfers, entertainment and dining. We work closely with the Travel Agent or Tour Operator to ensure the safety, performance and qualification of the providers so that the Tourist may enjoy the highest quality and safest trip possible.
Travel Advising
We also provide enhanced Travel Advising services that are similar to a Travel Concierge to assist customers with more detailed arrangements, research and in some cases problem solving when unexpected issues arise. In short, we strive to become the expert for handling the small details that make your travel experience the best it can be.

About SAG Support. Our specially equipped SAG Vans contain general mechanical service, EV Charging and maintenance parts and tools. They can also transport the day luggage of groups to up 8 participants (1 carryon / duffle per person). In a pinch, the SAG Van can also ferry individuals if they are overly fatigued, have a mechanical issue or use for other tour support operations. The SAG Van is not intended to transfer the participants between locations or use as a Tour Bus. The driver of the SAG Van is also responsible for general mechanics and helping solve any bike related issues directly or with assistance from other mechanics or shops.
About Guides. We provide guides in 2 basic categories. Ride Leaders and Assistants. Ride Leaders will be bi-lingual (Japanese / English), have full route knowledge of the Tour or ride, strong cycling experience in Japan and also assist with minor mechanical issues on the road plus be able to point out special sights and POI's. Assistant Guides will help in traffic control, navigating and bringing up riders who might have a mechanical. Assistant guides will be language capable in English.

'Per Day' means up to 10hrs service, after than the Extended Fee of JPY5000/hr will apply.
'Lifeline Support' Per Day is 24hrs. This is a special service to provide Health, Safety and Welfare communications. For example if a Traveler had an accident or issue and needs Japanese native language assistance to resolve. It does not cover casual booking, translations or non-critical communication.
Multi-day tours must cover the attendant's transport, lodging, food and miscellaneous items as an added expense.
